"We have come to investigate the home of Mr.█████ after various calls about unusual activity from within. At the scene, our team has extracted a peculiar character... a girl in very regal and elegant clothing unlike anyone else in this area, with green hair, feline ears, and a long snake-like tail. We don't know what exactly this creature is at the moment.
When we found her, she was barely awake, babbling as if asleep. She is now being held at our facility.
From what we can see at the site of the anomaly, looks like this guy was quite the craftsman. Nevertheless, we do have clues that maybe one day, can point us in the right direction. But for now... what exactly happened that day is anyone's guess."
